According expert many reasons are possible for people getting fat. One reason is “Eat too much but exercise no or too little.” in many reason (wajah) me se aik reason (karan) ha zyada khana I mean adhik bhojan karna but exercise (warjish) kam or bilkul hi na karna. Jab Beerbal se iska reason pucha gaya to us ne bataya keh Got ko khana to time to time diya jata tha but night me ise aik tiger ke pinjre k age band diya jata tha is tarha bakri sher ki dhad sun kar idhar udhar running it means dodti bahati rahi) (I think is tarha got ki automatically exercise ho jati) aur us ka khana hazam ho jata is tarha na wazan zyada huwa and no hi kam. This story is just funny but gives a lesson. Exercise is very much important for extra fat control and loose body weight. Motapay ki wajuhat me se aik badi wajah Exercise na karna bhi he. Physical game: - Today we are living is internet and ....

Yani is dor me humare bachche and hum traditional game ko forget (bhula) kar internet and computer par video game khelne (play) ke adi ho gaye hain I mean traditional game play, maidan me khele jane wale jismani game jis ke khailne se body se sweat exit hot tha, pasina nikalta tha and body’s extra fat burn hota tha) in games ko avoid karne ke reason se bhi ab extra fat and weight loss nahi hota he aur peoples ko fat problem (mutape ki samassya) face karna padhti he.
 

Eat while watching TV- According some experiment Television dekhte huway eating (khana khane) se people specially children over eating I mean zyada khana khalete he. is tarha T.V. dekhte huway khana khana bhi aik fat and weight badhane ka reason ho sakta hai.
 

Sleep just after dinner: - Limit se zyada sleeping and limit se kam sleeping (neend) dono hi condition health ke lye badly (harmful) hai. Especially sleep after eating it means sham ko khana khane (diner) ke just baad so jane ko bhi wazan badhane ka karan (reason) mana jata he. It is not god to you immediately sleep after dinner.
 

Junk food: - yeah to ab her koi janta hi he ke junk food ek big role and reason he Motapae ki bimari ka. Is daur me logo ki life style and life Routine change hota ja raha he fast life me fast food and junk food logo ne apni zarurat bna li he jis ke karna man and woman fatty, mote hote ja rahye he.
 

Genetic fat problem: - According some expert may be possible genetic fat problem in the some people, but different views on this opinion. It mean kuch jankaro ke anusar kuch logo me motapae ki problem unke mother father se anuwanshik (khandani-virast k) tor par milti he.
 

Long sitting work: - Some analysis se pata chalta he keh jo Mard or Aurat  long seating work (lambe samay tak baithkar kam) karne wale Job karte hain and exercise nahi karte, zyada chalne ka kaam nahi karte un logo ka belly fat I mean pait (tond) nikal aati he and fat, weight (motpa) badh jata he.

These are some reasons of getting extra fat in human. Extra fat some time is normal thing but some time it may be big problem. Be careful about your extra fat.
