jimani fat (charbi) auraton me madrdo ke muqble zyada hoti hai. kuch arasa pehle ye ek achchi baat samjhi jati thi kunke aurton ko pregnancy ke doran twanai ki zarorat aur bachcho ko doodh pilane ke liye unhe jismani charbi ki zaroorat hoti thi.
doodh pilane ke liye aurton ko rozana  500 se 5000 calories  ki zaroorat hoti hai. jabke hamal ke doran unhe kam se kam 10- se lekar 12 pound extra jismani charbi ( fat ) ki zaroorat hoti hai take bachca sehat mand paida ho.
