One reason is “Eat too much but exercise no or too little.” in many reason (wajah) me se aik reason (karan) ha zyada khana I mean adhik bhojan karna but exercise (warjish) kam or bilkul hi na karna. This story is just funny but gives a lesson. Exercise is very much important for extra fat control and loose body weight. Motapay ki wajuhat me se aik badi wajah Exercise na karna bhi he.
