wazan kam karne ke liye aur motapa kam karne ke liye aapko ek aisi baat ki taraf yaad dilana he jo aapko ho sakta he pehle hi se maloom ho lakin ye bat ye tip motapa aur wazan kam karne me aap ke liye bhut hi zyada kam ki hogi.
tip ye he ke aap rozana kam se kam 15 minit exercise, warjish karna shuru kar de.
ye baat aapne suni bhut hogi lakin amal kam hi kiya hoga. humare kehne se aaj hi se ye tip istemal kare aur sirf 1 mont hi me iska result dekhe.

koi hard exercise na kare bas aise warjish kare jisme aap ko kuch pasina aye.
jism se pasina nikalna motape aur wazan ko kam karne me bada labhdayak yane fayedeman sabit hota he.

motapa our aurat, charbi yani fat

jimani fat (charbi) auraton me madrdo ke muqble zyada hoti hai. kuch arasa pehle ye ek achchi baat samjhi jati thi kunke aurton ko pregnancy ke doran twanai ki zarorat aur bachcho ko doodh pilane ke liye unhe jismani charbi ki zaroorat hoti thi.
doodh pilane ke liye aurton ko rozana  500 se 5000 calories  ki zaroorat hoti hai. jabke hamal ke doran unhe kam se kam 10- se lekar 12 pound extra jismani charbi ( fat ) ki zaroorat hoti hai take bachca sehat mand paida ho.
