Junk food, bazar ki oily chizzon ke khane se bache yeah health ke lye nuksandeh he.
Pani bhrpoor piye drinking water very good for health, fit rehne ke lye ziyada pani pina better ha.
Shakar (chini) and salt (namak) ka use kam kare.
Khane me rehshedar chizzon ka use kare yeah hazme ke lye better hota ha.
And Kabhi bhi our eating matlab zarurat se zyada na khayen it is bad for health.
Dinner I mean raat ko khana khane ke just bad hi sone ki adat na dale. Night me khana khane ke bad thodi chehal-qadmi kare I mean thoda chale fire.
